We’ve designed every attraction, from our ropes course to our virtual reality arenas and obstacle courses, with your wellbeing in mind. Our trained staff, modern equipment, and clear rules help ensure every adventure is as safe as it is exciting.

General Safety Guidelines

To keep all guests safe, we ask that you follow these guidelines during your visit:

Closed-toe shoes are required for all climbing, ropes, and obstacle attractions. (Tennis shoes recommended!)
Height and age restrictions apply to certain activities—please review signage before entering.
Safety gear (like harnesses or helmets) must be worn where provided. Our team will fit and double-check equipment properly before use.
Always listen to staff instructions and follow attraction rules.
Guests should stay hydrated, take breaks when needed, and know their personal limits.
Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian unless attending a supervised party or event.

Staff Training & Supervision

Our team undergoes extensive training to ensure proper supervision of every attraction:

Rope and harness inspections are performed every day.

VR and motion attractions are monitored to ensure safe participation.

First aid support is available on-site for minor injuries or assistance.

Accessibility & Inclusivity

We strive to make Vellix Adventure Park welcoming for everyone. Some attractions are accessible to guests with different abilities, and our staff is available to discuss safe participation. If you or your child has unique needs, please reach out before your visit so we can help accommodate.

Our Commitment to You

Waiver & Assumption of Risk

All guests must sign a participation waiver before entering attractions. This document outlines the inherent risks of physical activities like climbing, trampoline bouncing, and VR play. Parents or legal guardians must complete waivers for minors.
